Meh, I would've preferred Zandvoort instead of Zolder like in the initial schedule. But Zolder is still also very doable from a travelling standpoint, probably still cheaper to drive there and back home again three days than get a hotel. Not as beautiful a race track as Zandvoort but it is easier to get around so I guess I'm fine with it but it's still no Zandvoort.

Four cars! Wow. Not doing things by halves. With one car put aside for the McLaren GT juniors its say to say that this years successful 'customer team' Garage 59 wont be back but Im sure we'll see plenty of those people in the Strakka pits come next year.....

Hopefully the AF Corse cars pack pure pro lineups. There was a yellow car piloted by Alessandro Per Guidi this year in BES and he was awesome but he was let down by his co drivers who werent at the same level unfotunately. I would say there is more chance of the SMP car being a pure PRO car as Kaspersky already have a car in BES and its driven by some gentlemen drivers.

APG, Fisi and Vilander in one and say, Seidler, Griffin and Bruni in another - how good would those go?

You also have Callado and Salo as a spare options..

Conversely you could put Matteo Malucelli in one car - you'd only need one seat fitting and a bunch of spare parts in reserve!

That guy might be a huge revelations once we get to see him with a proper Pro line-up. He's always been impressive but always let down by teammates and Ferraris that weren't factory backed.

Not 2017 but still Blancpain GT: I talked with Alex Fontana about his season and the move from single-seaters to GTs. Check it out: www.gt-report.com/2016/12/11/alex-fontan...-leading-me-nowhere/

Kaspersky all pro line up

I know there was the rule where if you want to run a Pro entry at Spa24, you had to enter 2 cars in the sprint series with at least one being a PRO car...

I wonder if this is a direct team thing, or just manufacturer. Either way, i'm looking forward to the manufacturer battles for the Blancpain GT Series overall c'ship.

I was about to say the more cars the better.... but man, we saw some HUGE grids for the sprint rounds last year!! that's a lot to process for 2 x 1hr races!
